Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen will co-host CNN’s annual New Year’s Eve coverage from New York’s Times Square for the third straight year, the network has announced.

The night will mark Cooper’s 12th year as a co-host.

Until 2018, Cooper was paired with comedian Kathy Griffin, who was let go from her New Year’s duties by the network after posing for a photo shoot in May 2017 with a bloody severed head in the likeness of President TrumpDonald John TrumpSenate gears up for battle over witnesses in impeachment trial Vulnerable Democrats tout legislative wins, not impeachment Trump appears to set personal record for tweets in a day MORE.

Lemon, the anchor of “CNN Tonight” that airs at 10:00 p.m. on weekdays, has gone viral for the past few years while partying on air.

“Happy New Year!” Lemon exclaimed at midnight during the 2016-2017 telecast. “Oh my God! I need a little more — pour me a little more, a little more. Perfect. That had a big head on it.”

Fox News also offers live coverage from Times Square and other parts of the country. The network is expected to announce its plans soon.

MSNBC does not offer a New Year’s Eve broadcast.
